In the previous years, we would dispatch our SSD chemicals and SCDN technicians from the UNITED STATES. From 2022, the GEMONOG CHEMICAL LABORATORY SARL adopted a new solution strategy to partner with local agents, so as to facilitate the defaced banknotes cleaning process of our clients, from diagnosing to cleaning.
This way, as a DFX banknote holder, it is easier for you to clean your security coated defaced notes (SCDN), from purchasing chemicals, demand a technician, or visiting our local facility in-person for in-lab cleaning of your VAULT.
You only need to apply and schedule for your visit. The application is free, after you receive your IAN code, you will then schedule when you will be available to bring your consignment in our lab facility.
The over-all cleaning time of each client's session will normally take from 30-60 days to complete a cleaning project, where the DFX banknote holder does not spend or make any payment to the GCL.
